Construction on the Kailani site continues to move along at a steady pace. The Phase 2 structure has progressed to the 7th floor level and the team is continuing works on the Phase 3 basement. The fit out of the hotel’s model room is currently in process and ongoing.

PHASE 1

• This structure has been completed. The windows are currently on site and awaiting installation for further approval. The hardware for the windows has recently arrived.
• The arrival of the window/door installers is expected early 2022
• Construction of Phase 1’s concrete slab canopy over the entry doors has been complete

PHASE 2

• Concrete pour of the 7th floor roof slab is scheduled for pour during the first weeks of 2022
• The 3rd floor walls have been completed
• The staircase’s fire protection, electrical and plumbing works are roughed in up to the 7th floor level
• The model room’s stud framing is completed, and the unit is waterproofed
• Plumbing, electrical, mechanical and dry/wet fire protection rough-ins are all completed
• Both walls were boarded, and MEP inspections were approved for drywall installation on general walls and ceiling
• Staircase is completed up to the 7th floor roof level
• Metal framing has been completed in Units 202, 203, 204 and 205 (2nd floor)

PHASE 3

• Plumbing was completed in the NW corner of the basement and inspection was approved
• Electrical main conduits were installed in the NW corner of the basement
• Floor drains and catch basins are in place and plumbing completed in the NW corner
• A portion of the basement slab has been poured on the south side
• Recently poured concrete for strip footings in the NW corner of the basement and laced up the walls with rebar
• Poured concrete for the F8 bases along the NW corner
